Exchange and return policy

If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased from Majarh Store, you can return or exchange it within (7) days from the date of receiving the product, provided that you bring the device in its original condition when sold in the box with the complete device components and user manuals inside.

 

Exceptions:

If you receive an incorrect or wrong product Majarh Store will cover all shipping costs

In the event of human errors, such as incorrect product name or image, the product will be returned and replaced at no additional shipping cost

If you wish to exchange or return for other reasons, you will bear the full shipping costs paid () of the total amount, in addition to 3% of the order value for orders paid through Tabby or Tamara, and the cash on delivery fee will be deducted for cash on delivery orders. In the event of an exchange, shipping fees will be calculated from Majarh Store to the customer () in addition to the previous shipping fees

 

Shipping fees and COD service fees will not be refundable for return or exchange

 

The returned product must be in its original condition with all accessories, instruction booklet and original packaging

 

If the product is inspected and found to be covered by warranty and a malfunction has occurred, we will compensate the customer with a new product and Majarh Store will bear the shipping cost.

 

Products that have been opened cannot be exchanged or returned unless a manufacturing defect has been proven. Replacement must be made within 24 hours from the date of the invoice.
